Granny Pat's Pantry products are 100% guaranteed. If the product is damaged during shipment, it will be replaced at no charge. Due to FDA regulations, we have a no return policy. If a specific jam or marmalade is not in stock at the time of order, Granny Pat will contact you for an alternate selection. Granny Pat's orders are filled within 2 days of placing the order. Shipping is done by DHL or USPS. The method of payment is through PayPal with your credit card. Any questions, comments or complaints can be made through the Contact Us page.
